WELSPAR’s programme are designed to address the unique needs of individuals and communities while promoting environmental conservation and cultural preservation.

1. Sustainable Agriculture & Environmental Conservation

- Promoting Eco-Friendly Farming: WELSPAR provides training and resources to farmers on sustainable agricultural practices, such as organic farming, crop rotation, and water conservation and natural farming.  

- Afforestation Drives: WELSPAR organises tree-planting campaigns to restore ecological balance and combat climate change.  

- Natural Resource Management: WELSPAR works with communities to manage natural resources like water, soil, and forests responsibly.

2. Education & Skill Development

- Vocational Training: WELSPAR offers skill development programme in food processing, post-harvest management, tailoring, handicrafts, and entrepreneurship, especially for women and youth.  

- Capacity-Building Workshops: WELSPAR conducts workshops on financial literacy, digital skills, and leadership to empower individuals.  

- Educational Support: WELSPAR provides scholarships, school supplies, and after-school programme to underprivileged children.

WELSPAR provides expert services to organizations, government agencies, and NGOs to enhance the effectiveness of their programs and policies through:

• Project Implementation: WELSPAR implements development projects of government and / or other organisations 

• Monitoring Activities: WELSPAR designs and implements monitoring frameworks to track the progress and effectiveness of development initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

• Evaluation Activities: WELSPAR conducts in-depth evaluations of agricultural, environmental, and social programme to assess their outcomes, efficiency, and areas for enhancement.

• Impact Assessment: WELSPAR analyses the long-term effects of interventions on communities, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies and policy decisions.
